Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Very professional, courteous, and responsive! Terri Juergens was our agent for selling our house. The house sold in one day, largely due to the the presentation she prepared. She was also able to recommend and schedule the contractors we needed during the process. Could not have asked for better representation!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Joshua Orrantia, and Julie Sanchez of Country Realty did an amazing job for us. We had exhausted all of our resources to sell our home, and buy our dream home. We hit roadblocks around every corner.
I discussed our situation, Josh met us later that day. He brought a program for us that worked to leverage our equity, and buy our dream home, then sell our Tehachapi home once we had moved. It was seamless. Better than we could have planned. Julie and Josh were always-always there to keep us posted, calm our nerves, and manage all sides for the transactions. Thank You Country Realty Josh and Julie.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Lalena and Stephanie were absolutely amazing at helping us find our dream home !! We’re parents of two young children so being on time was almost always an issue for us and they were always there waiting with a smile and never hesitated to reschedule us if we couldn’t make it. They helped us look at almost every house we were interested in and always answered all of our questions. They were great about keeping us updated with everything that comes with buying a house and they’re super organized as well which helped so much. Also, they’re great with kids and even helped us out with our little ones while looking at houses. Our experience buying a house literally was the best thanks to those hard working women. Thank you !

What Our Clients Say

Real reviews from real Tehachapi area clients. Verbatim, unedited, and verifiable on Zillow.

Joshua Orrantia, Broker and Owner

Josh did a great job helping me find my dream home. I moved here from San Diego, and he would go out and video a home so I could decide if I wanted to come up and see it. I love my new place!
Terry Albert | Zillow review

Joshua helped us sell a family member’s house, and was nothing but excellent at every step along the way. Was honest about our options, and ending up putting together a great deal. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Lacey Rossi

Working with Lacey was smooth and straightforward. She stayed communicative and kept things on track throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
Frankie Mendoza | Bought in Bear Valley Springs | Zillow review

We worked with Lacey to buy our home from out of state, and she was truly incredible. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond. She sent us video tours, answered all our questions quickly, and was there in person for things like our inspection when we couldn’t be. Buying a home is already stressful and buying out of state definitely adds to that, but she made the process feel manageable.

Terri is an amazing realtor! She has so many years of experience here in the Tehachapi area. We have sold and bought multiple homes with Terri and everything always goes very smoothly. We wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Lyndsey Wolfe

Lyndsey was a complete joy to work with. Her real estate experience and knowledge about the area we were buying made the home purchase process a breeze. Lyndsey really looked out for us and helped us through the entire process.
Angelica Gonzalez | Bought in Golden Hills | Zillow review

Darla Orona

Darla was an absolute Godsend! She had such a great feel for what we wanted and found our perfect forever home! To say that the process was painless is an understatement. Every question we had, she found the answer for immediately.
Lauri Fitzsimmons | Bought in Bear Valley Springs | Zillow review

Darla represented me as the seller on my vacant property in Bear Valley Springs. That buyer fell through and within weeks Darla had another interested buyer and put a deal together. She was very attentive in guiding me through the process and stayed in constant communication through the close of escrow.

Trace Young

We contacted Trace regarding some land we were interested in in Tehachapi. She shared a lot of great information about the property that really helped us decide it wasn’t the right fit for our needs. We really appreciate her honesty and integrity, and we will continue to use her for all our real estate transactions.

Marianna Gutierrez

Hiring Marianna to be our realtor to sell our home was one of the best decisions I have made in my entire life. No joke. She has good energy, is very knowledgeable, is quick to respond, fantastic at negotiating, and is an all around joy to be around. Do yourself a favor and give her a call. You will not be disappointed.
Brianna H. | Google review

Marianna is an absolutely fantastic Realtor! Not only did Marianna find us the PERFECT home, she also went above and beyond for us. Her patience and perseverance while helping us was more than we could have ever asked for. We would 100% use Marianna’s services again, and will be recommending her to all of our family and friends!

Julie Sanchez

I had the best experience with mom and daughter team Julie and Brook that helped us find our forever home! They truly cared about what we wanted and needed even after we were done signing papers and moved into our home they were there for any concerns or questions we had! I can be a very stressful person to deal with but Julie had the most patience when dealing with me and helped calm any unsettled nerves of mine and to me that was a feeling u can’t just get with anyone! So thanks so much!
